Q- Are bath towels & bed linen provided at the villa ?
A- Yes, bath towels and bed linen are provided by us. But we do not provide beach towels. You need to take
your own beach towels to use around the pool.
Q- Do you arrange our transfers from/to airport to/from villa ?
A- The cost of airport transfers are not included in the price of villa rental fee. Upon request, we can
arrange your transfers from/to airport to/from villa at extra cost.
Q- Is it permitted to smoke inside the villa ?
A- No, it is not permitted to smoke inside the villa.
Q- Where will I collect the keys to my villa ?
A- Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you with your travel documents.
Q- Can you arrange additional travel services for us such as daily tours, rent a car, ferry tickets etc..,during our stay in villa ?
A- Yes, we can make some travel arrangements for you. Please give us details , when booking your villa.
Q- When do I need to pay the damage deposit ?
A- On arrival day, you need to pay the damage deposit in cash in euros when check-in the villa.
Q- When will the damage deposit be refunded ?
A- On check-out day, villa will be inspected by our representative or villa owner. If there is no any damage, then damage deposit will be refunded.
In case of damage to property, the deposit will be refunded less the cost the damaged item(s).
